Tossa de Mar Trip Overview
The diving activity is specially designed for people who have never dived before and want to feel the experience of being underwater. It is a 2-hour activity, a theoretical explanation will be given about how the equipment works, how we will communicate underwater (sign language) and how the activity will proceed. The dive lasts between 45 and 50 minutes and we will make underwater videos that we will send you by email. You only need a swimsuit and a towel in case you want to take a shower after diving.

Itinerary
A sea baptism is a first underwater experience, an initiation. It consists of a dive in the sea with diving equipment to a maximum depth of 10 meters. You will be accompanied and supervised at all times by an experienced instructor and in a controlled environment. In order to carry out the activity, all participants must be in good health and not have ear, heart or respiratory problems. Pregnant women cannot participate in the activity. Important, after the activity it is not possible to make a flight during the 12 hours after the activity.
