Day 2: Dambulla Cave Temple

Stop At: Dambulla Cave Temple, Jaffna Hwy, Habarana 50150 Sri Lanka

It is located in the royal palace complex which houses the Relic of the tooth of Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sinhalese kings and is a UNESCO world heritage site partly due to the temple. The temple which houses the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha is one of the holiest shrines in the entire Buddhist world.

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya (Little England)

Day 4: Horton Plains

Stop At: Horton Plains National Park, Ohiya 22200 Sri Lanka
Horton Plains National Park is located in 75 minutes drive from Nuwara Eliya City center. You have to walk around 9 km inside the park. Start your journey early morning, that is much better. You can see World’s End, mini worlds end, Waterfalls, Animals, birds and etc.

Day 5: Ella or Yala National Park Safari
