Day 1: Arrival

Stop At: Colombo, Colombo, Western Province
Arrive at Colombo International Airport, meet and greet by the CeyScape representative or driver and transfer to a nearby Hotel for a stay.

Day 2: Day 1

Pass By: Hatton, Hatton, Central Province
Hatton is one of the busiest cities in the hill country of Sri Lanka and is colloquially known as the tea capital of the country, as it is the central point for most upcountry tea growing regions, such as Maskeliya, Talawakelle, Bogawantalawa and Dickoya.

It is located approximately 112 km (70 mi) southeast of Colombo and 72 km (45 mi) south of Kandy, at an elevation of 1,271 m (4,170 ft) above sea level.

Hatton was founded during the British colonial times in order to serve the coffee plantations and latter tea estates. The name of the town refers to the village in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. A number of the surrounding tea estates are also named after Scottish villages.

Hatton serves as a gateway to Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada) and Sinharaja Forest Reserve but is better known for its Ceylon tea plantations.

Day 3: Day 2

Stop At: Nuwara Eliya, Nuwara Eliya, Central Province
Nuwara Eliya also known as the “City of Lights” and “Little England”, Nuwara Eliya was the favourite hill station of the British who tried to create Nuwara Eliya into a typical English Village. The old brick Post office, country house like hill club, with its hunting pictures, mounted hunting trophies and fish, and it’s strict formal dinner attire; the 18 hole golf course, race course etc., all remind you of ‘England’.

Day 4: Day 3

Stop At: Ella, Ella, Uva Province
Ella is a small town in Sri Lanka governed by an Urban Council. It is approximately 200 kilometres (120 mi) east of Colombo and is situated at an elevation of 1,041 metres (3,415 ft) above sea level. The area has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The town has a cooler climate than the surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation. The Ella Gap allows views across the southern plains of Sri Lanka. On a sunny morning, you can even see the glow from the lighthouses along the southern coast.

Day 5: Day 4

Stop At: Nine Arches Bridge, Ella Sri Lanka
After breakfast, the guest can enjoy the facilities in the hotel or have a short visit to the Ella town and explore the city while experiencing Zip Lining, Hike to mini Adam’s peak or Witness the Nine Arc bridge

Day 6: Day 5

Stop At: Galle, Galle, Galle District, Southern Province
The Port of Galle – Sri Lanka’s 04th biggest town is 115 km south of Colombo and close to Hikkaduwa. Galle is a town rich in history and in fact, was the centre of Dutch rule in the 17th century. The majestic Galle Fort bears ample testimony to that fact. The City of Galle is one of the best-preserved colonial-era cities in Southeast Asia and has been declared a World Heritage City. Galle was a major port in Sri Lanka and still handles shipping and cruising yachts.

Day 7: Day 6

Stop At: Galle Fort, Church Street, Galle 80000 Sri Lanka
The Dutch Museum, Groote Kerk (Great Church) and the National Maritime Museum are some of the famous tourist attractions in Galle. The city is also famous for its delicate handmade lace and ebony carvings. The Galle International Cricket Stadium has also contributed to enhancing the image of the city as a sports destination since of late.

Day 8: Day 7

Stop At: Bentota, Bentota, Galle District, Southern Province
Bentota lies at the finishing end of the “Golden Mile” which is an hour’s drive from Colombo. Famous for its prime beaches. Bentota is today one of Sri Lanka’s most sought-after tourist destinations. The town of Bentota actually, sits on an estuary, where the river and the sea meet. This makes the area quite famous for water sports like windsurfing, scuba diving & snorkeling.
