Day 1: Negombo/Colombo – Ella
Stop At: Nine Arches Bridge, Ella Sri Lanka
One of the main highlights in Ella Rock is the 30-meter high Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Hike through the jungle and reach the beautiful architecture which is hidden beneath the lush green tea fields. The stone train bridge, built by the British, with its nine beautiful arches, is located between Ella and Demodara station. A walk on this Bridge should be in your to-do list in Sri Lanka. Low hanging clouds, the famous blue train and the lush green valley creates a moody, mystic captivating scene. The beautiful scenery from the top of the Nine Arches Bridge is a Treat to the Eyes and Soul itself.

Touring the idyllic town of Ella would be incomplete if one misses out on experiencing the wonder of Ravana Falls. In the misty mountains of tropical Sri Lanka, Renowned for being one of Sri Lanka’s widest waterfalls, this 82 ft wide cascading waterfall gushes down a height of 82 feet falling from an oval concave rock. Ravana falls is named after the demon King Ravana who according to traditional folklore is believed to have ruled Sri Lanka. Located in the Ravana Ella Wildlife Sanctuary in Ella, this waterfall is the source of many legends and secrets. The awe – inspiring Ravana Falls in Ella, Sri Lanka is one of the most popular waterfalls in the region and not to be missed during your visit.

Hiking the little Adam’s Peak in Sri Lanka is one of the most adventurous and epic things to-do when you visit Ella. The Little Adam`s Peak got it`s named after it`s big brother, the holy mountain Adam`s Peak, because of the similar shape. Little Adams Peak is located in the small mountain town of Ella, right in the heart of Sri Lanka. Gradually with an easy hike up to the mountain of Little Adams Peak you can consummation a worth panoramic view. You have to walk through lush green tea plantations, waterfalls and paddy fields while enjoying the sceneries. It will take around 35-45 min to reach to the top of the mountain on a zig- zag path. Thus it is an ideal place to watch sun rise in the morning.

Day 2: Ella – Negombo/Colombo

Almost every tourist who visits Ella or Bandarawela area pays a visit to our tea factory for its popularity as the largest tea factory in Sri Lanka’s Uva region. Go around in the tea factory with an excellent guide, learn everything there is to know about Ceylon tea and enjoy a tea tasting session where you will experience the art of tea tasting and manufacturing. On this tea plantation visit you can learn all about the tea picking, processing, and making process, and also enjoy from fine Sri Lankan tea tasting. It’s probably a much more exciting prospect if you’re a tea lover, but even if you’re not, the Hill Country (or Tea Country, as it’s sometimes called) is arguably the most scenic part of the island. You’ll find rolling hills clad with row upon row of luscious, green tea plants. Ravana cave and tunnel network is a massive creation by King Ravana located in Ella Sri Lanka connected with cities / dairy farms & airports. It is proved beyond doubt of the architecture brilliance of the King Ravana. Ravana caves & tunnel network is one of the most important Ramayana tour related sites in Sri Lanka. Situated on a cliff close to Ella it is 4,950 feet above sea level. This cave consists of a part of the tunnel which is connected to the Ravana Ella Falls. Away from the myth of reality of this story, the cave indeed has a wonderful experience behind its existence and is known by the locals as the “Rawana GuhawaIt is an experience that you will cherish. Once inside the cave, it is as if you are transported to the time when Queen Sita was held captive within its historic walls.
