The Sita Amman Temple dedicated to Sita, the wife of Lord Rama, situated in the hills of Nuwara Eliya, is treated with enduring devotion by Hindus as it is considered to be the only such temple in the world. Day 3: Nuwara Eliya – Kitulgala – Negombo

Owner, Channa, is the epitome of life in the woodland and on the river – safari shorts, braces, a woolly beard and a love of wildlife. Channa is an excellent host, inviting families, single travelers and adventurous couples into his self-built tree houses.
