Guests will experience public art, historic curiosities, architecture, notable buildings / structures, + witness daily life along a unique route, culminating in a visit to 81C, an 1810 rum warehouse featuring a contemporary art gallery + coffee/wine bar. Guests receive a complimentary drink.

Join us for a walking-tour-social, featuring past, present, and future reflections on Charlotte Amalie, and delivering a contemporary art gallery experience finale at 81C. We have one guide, who has personally lived in town for over ten years. Joseph is knowledgable, patient, is always willing to answer questions, and thrives on sharing the details. Even indigenous flora and fauna will be identified and discussed.

Our walking tour experience is about 1 hours, concluding with a contemporary art gallery hang out, which is about 15-30 minutes, but you can stay as long as you like! Total approximate experience time is 2hrs.

This small group tour is the best way to see the Island still leaving time for you to see St Thomas yourself whilst in port. St. Thomas is a huge island that consists of one long ridge of hills running east and west through the center of the island.

St. Thomas has a history that dates back to 1500 B.C. and the Ciboney people. They were replaced by the Arawaks and then the Caribes, long before Christopher Columbus first saw the island in 1493 on his second voyage to the "New World."

You will pass by Drake's Seat, believed to be the spot where Sir Francis Drake himself watched for enemy vessels. A stop will be made at Mountain Top, where you will take in the most amazing views from the balcony of the shopping arcade, and if you choose, purchase a "world-famous" banana daiquiri.

At the end of the two-hour driving orientation, you will have the option of being dropped off in downtown Charlotte Amalie to experience its world-famous shopping or be taken back to the cruise ship dock.
