This is a class like no other, teaching you a life skill and a new way of thinking about food that will stay with you for a lifetime. You’ll learn about the traditional Thai ingredients, where they are grown, and how they are produced. You’ll learn about the meaning of Thai food and the traditional and religious aspect of the delicacies you are creating.
• Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic 4 dishes Thai food. Everything will be provided for you and we will give you a recipe book for you to keep.
• Learn to prepare dishes from scratch with the first class you take teaching you how to make a traditional Thai curry paste. We will then teach you to cook a curry recipe and two more recipes to make a complete Thai meal. We have different recipes every day including salads, soups, curries, noodle dishes, and desserts.
• Eat what you created immediately after the class.

During this class, you’ll get a hands-on understanding of Thai cooking as you’re encouraged to taste, smell, and touch the raw produce whilst learning how to balance spices and herbs within your dishes.
