It’s impossible to go hungry in the island paradise of Trinidad. Come to our favorite spot to taste some, in the parking lot of the expansive Queen Park Savannah which transforms into a lively fair with food vendors and occasional live music in the evening you’re never far from any of them, some you can find delicious versions of each. You'll then be taken to a popular farmers' market in the uptown part of Port of Spain at the Queen's Park Savannah. Here you'll have freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, along with the option to purchase many homemade products, including teas, coffee, handicrafts, and so on; all made by local artisans.

You'll then be driven to Port of Spain's Central Market where your senses will enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes (including the sweet juice from a freshly cut coconut) and roti!

This day trip will start with a brief city tour in the bustling heart of Port of Spain, Trinidad’s capital. Enjoy the scenic North Coast Road to Maracas Beach, with a stop at the Maracas Lookout for panoramic views and photo opportunities. Trying some local snacks here is a must. Your city tour of the capital includes a visit to the bustling Independence Square with its imposing Central Bank and surrounding lively shopping streets, the former Parliament Building, the Supreme Court and historic Woodford Square. The tour continues to the Queen’s Park Savannah and the "Magnificent Seven" a row of beautiful colonial style buildings. A walk in the Botanic Gardens is most rewarding.
