Fly over one of the most spectacular landscapes in the world! We offer you the chance to see this other angle of the magical valleys of Cappadocia. The tour starts very early in the morning enjoying a light breakfast with tea, coffee and pastries before boarding the balloon as the sun rises. The tour lasts approximately one hour; after the flight, celebrate landing with a glass of champagne and receive a certificate of participation. Later on, in the morning around 9.30am, learn how to cook up a storm with a three hour tour and Turkish cookery class using traditional and local products from the ancient region of Anatolia Cappadocia. Prepare typical dishes such as flatbread, grapes and “pezik” and witness how culinary attitudes have not changed since nomadic times. Traditional food from Cappadocia uses ingredients exclusively from the region, such as potatoes, lentils, squash, wheat, chickpeas and beans to create dishes that are symbolic of Turkey: stuffed vine leaves, yoghurt soup and spicy red lentil patties. Grape molasses and pickles are also widely prepared and are an inherent part of Cappadocian cuisine. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Turkish coffee.
