Day 1: Flight from Istanbul to Denizli – Pamukkale & Hierapolis Tour – Accommodation at Kusadasi

We will pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and then transfer to Istanbul airport for your flight to Denizli.

Upon arrival Denizli/Cardak airport, our another driver will meet you at the exit gate of arrival terminal and then transfer to Pamukkale town. After you met with your guide and other participants, you will start the full-day Pamukkale & Hierapolis Ancient City tour.

The highlights of Hierapolis are Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinus Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater and Antique Pool. And then, You will take some photos from the nicest corners of Pamukkale.

After visited the Hierapolis Ancient City, you will continue to the White Travertines of Pamukkale. After having breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel on 09.00am (Approx) and depart for your full day Ephesus tour.

Your first visit will be the pilgrimage point claimed to be the last home of the Virgin Mary. Once you arrive there you will be thrilled by the natural beauty that surrounds the monument.

Before lunch, You will visit this ancient Basilica dedicated to the author of Revelation St. John. According to the legend St. John died in this church after having written the Fourth Gospel and the Basilica was built by the Emperor Justinian over St. Johns burial place.

After lunch, you will continue to Ephesus Ancient City. Ephesus was one of the most important harbor cities in antique world and also it is mentioned in the book of Revelations as one of the seven churches. Also Celsus Library and theater in Ephesus are the other highlights. You will see the Celcus Library, Temple of Hadrian, Fountain of Trajan, Odeon, Agora, Fountain of Domitian, Hercule Gate, Grand Theater, Nike, Ancient Toilets during tour in this ancient city.

The castle is small, picturesque Byzantine fortress stands on the causeway-connected Guvercin Adası (Pigeon Island) and has recently been renovated. You can walk at city and visit this small castle by yourself after today’s guided tour. It is at walking distance (Approx 700 meters) from your hotel.

This pretty old Orthodox village, 12 km away from Ephesus and 30 km from Kusadasi, was once Cirkince (“ugly”). Indeed its habitants gave this name on purpose as they did not want to be bothered by foreigners nor to share the beauty of their village. Still after years, visitors understood that the village was not ugly at all and called it Sirince (“pretty”). As the village is located on the top of a mountain, you will enjoy the impressive wine yards’ and peach trees’ views on his way. You will find wines made from apples, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, peaches, melons, watermelons, cherries and many other sorts of fruits.

Day 4: Hot Air Balloon Ride (Optional) – Cappadocia Red Tour – Accommodation at Cappadocia
Stop At: Cappadocia Balloon Tours, Göreme Açık Hava Müze Yolu Caddesi, 50180 Göreme/Nevşehir Merkez/Nevşehir, Turkey
Hot Air Balloon Ride (Optional) : Get ready for a wonderful experience unique to Cappadocia! We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the balloon site where you will have the opportunity to watch the balloon being prepared for your flight. The flight will begin at sunrise, where your pilot will climb to a comfortable altitude of about 700 to 1000 meters above ground level. It is from this elevation that you will marvel at the beauty of Cappadocia below you. During certain segments of the flight our pilots are also capable of flying as low as 1 meter above the rock formations which will allow you perfect photo taking opportunities. Duration of total activity is approx 3 hours, and total duration of flight is approx 60 minutes. There will be a champagne celebration at end of the flight and you will be presented with a madal, as a souvenir reminder of this magnificent experience. Afterwards, we will drop back you to your hotel.

You will visit the Ihlara valley/canyon after your lunch (approx 1 hour for lunch time). Totaly Canyon is 14 km but you will have the best part of it which is around 4 km and it takes almost 1 hour. Ihlara Canyon contains more than 100 churches and approximately 10.000 caves which are carved by early christian Monks.
