Tower transmitter facilities operating and technologies A.K or Tower A.Sh was established in April 2017 to operate a terrestrial transmitter facility. Built on a total area of 30,150 square meters, Çamlıca Tower is the highest structure in Istanbul with a height of 587 meters above sea level. The tower consists of 49 floors, 4 under the ground and 45 on the ground. The project was created with a competition and then designed in 3-D. The tower is an iconic structure unlike an ordinary structure because it is the highest structure in our country and is in one of the risky areas where the most critical points of earthquake risk and wind load intersect.
With the rapid development of Technology, a large number of transmitters are needed every day for effective radio-TV broadcasting. Some of these transmitters, which are used around the world, lag behind time, causing image and electromagnetic pollution. In the ancient city of Istanbul, these transmitters, which are scattered and create image pollution, Tower A.P.the prestige project of Çamlıca was gathered in one center with radio&TV Tower. In this way, both Turkish broadcasting captured the conditions of the time and Istanbul was given a symbolic structure with tourism value with a smart, stylish and environmental structure. Küçük Çamlıca television and Radio Tower, thanks to cooperation with domestic and national technology companies, has achieved the quality and capacity of radio-TV broadcasting in our country to world standards, and has also contributed significantly to the development of the country.
