Day 1: istanbul to Izmir by plane and Ephesus day tour and overnight in Kusadasi
Stop At: Ancient City of Ephesus, Selcuk 35920 Turkey
Ephesus is the second largest ancient city in the ancient world. Once home to over 200, 000 people, these impressive ruins are some of the best preserved.

Stop At: Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House), Sultaniye Mahallesi, Selcuk 35100 Turkey
The House of the Virgin Mary is situated on top of BulBul Mountain that overlooks all of Selcuk. It is said that this house is where Mary saw out the last years of her life. It is now a very important pilgrimage sight for Christians.

The Temple of Artemis is known to date back as far as 6th Century B.C. Now one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient world, what you see left standing today is the foundations and some columns that indicate the grandeur of this temple.

Stop At: Isa Bey Mosque, Selcuk Turkey
The Isabey Mosque dates back to the years 1374 and 1375. Throughout all of Turkey displays the most beautiful of Seljukian architecture with crown like doors and beautiful mosaics.

Stop At: Ancient City of Ephesus, Selcuk 35920 Turkey
The Library of Celsus is the highlight of Ephesus. The two-story building is marvel to architecture of the time. Dating back to 117 A.D this magnificent building was once one of the most beautiful under the Roman Empire.

Pamukkale is often referred to as the Cotton Castle, which is the Turkish translation. The hot springs in the area have deposited minerals over many many years to leave us with the cascading white cliffs of Pamukkale

Hierapolis is an Ancient City that dates back to as far as the 2nd Century. People used to come to Hierapolis to cure or treat their aching ailments. It became a popular spa city over the years with a mix of Pagan, Roman, Jewish and Christian influences.

The Grand Theatre of Hierapolis is one of the main attractions to the ruins. The theatre us to house up to 15,000 and what you see today is the steep passageways and aisles leading down to the main stage.

Gymnasium In Roman times, the gymnasium was the gathering place for people to come socialize whilst being a spectator to he athletes. It was the place for these athletes to show off their skills and was also used as a training facility
