Booking and confirmations.
– Please be sure that you book your car minimum 24 hours before transfer date and confirm.
– We will double check your details such as date, time, flight number, hotel name etc. So that please be sure that you have the correct contact details such as e-mail & mobile phone on your confirmation voucher.
– Meeting Process at airports:
After arriving at the Istanbul airports, the only thing you should do in order to continue your trip in Istanbul, is to meet us! So, upon your arrival and after taking your luggage from the luggage claim area, a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the arrival exit gate or at IGA Airport meeting lounge, holding a sign with (T34) (Please see our greeting sign as below).
