– Guests must contact Tourope UK at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer service to confirm your transportation. Please use the contact details on your confirmation voucher.
– Please confirm the number of people and the suitcases for your transfer.
– Wheelchair users must inform our agent whether guest(s) is/are fully dependent on the chair or partly able to walk or move.
– Tourope UK’s transfer personnel will meet you at the arrival gate, please look out for your name all the way down to exit.
– You will see your name along the way.
