In mid-summer and early fall when the salmon arrive to spawn, Margaret Creek in Traitor’s Cove is host to a high concentration of black bears making it the perfect place for Ketchikan, Alaska bear tours. Your captain/guide is well equipped and very familiar with travel in bear country, as well as knowledgeable about local flora, fauna, and wildlife that inhabit the rainforest.

Jump on our small intimate boat and travel up the Inside Passage to the richest Humpback Whale feeding ground in Alaska. We will launch in the small boat and head up into the State Marine Park, there we will pull up to a remote island where we will gear up and start paddling! We will kayak paddle through the humpback whale feeding ground, looking for signs of wildlife and whales. Once you have completed your kayak exploration, be treated to a high quality delicious snack on the private island beach. Stretch your legs, grab a snack, and explore the island's tide pools!

We are a local business operating in the area since 2008 and fishing in the area since 1988. We have a 2019 North River (32ft) with a heated cabin and bathroom facility. The boat has seating for 6. The boat is equipped with twin 250's and a 25 HP trolling motor.

Keep an eye out for the delicate beauty of starfish and the mesmerizing world of anemones. Don't forget to look to the skies where graceful eagles often soar overhead. After your kayaking adventure you'll continue your journey to the shores of West Glacier Trail where you'll have distant views of the Mendenhall Glacier, Nugget Falls, and the surrounding mountain peaks.

This eco-friendly tour of Skagway is like no other experience around! Your tour starts at Klondike Electric Bicycles where you will join us for a City Highlights and Gold Panning experience through Skagway. You will visit a waterfall, scenic vistas, and the Gold Rush Cemetery…all while learning the history behind this historic Gold Rush town. You will even have a chance to strike it rich in your own gold panning experience!
Your E-Bike Tour will end at the Small Boat Harbor, where you’ll meet Capt. Brendan and Chef Ben, then board the 50’ sailing sloop Hopscotch! After working up an appetite on the bikes you’ll be ready for lunch! Chef Ben will serve you a hearty and healthy lunch as you get underway and head into the Taiya inlet! Explore the longest deepest Fjord in North America sailing past waterfalls and hanging glaciers…AND if you are lucky, we may even see eagles, whales, and seals!
