Itinerary
Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the full moon in Sedona while using the energy to get clear about how you want to focus your energy for the month. The full moon is a mysterious and powerful time to shine light on your hopes and dreams and to energize them.
During this hour long outdoor meditation experience, you will:
* Enjoy a grounding mindfulness exercise to help center yourself;
* Learn about the significance of the lunar cycle and the role it plays in assisting you in your personal and spiritual growth, with particular emphasis on the full moon;
* Be guided through an intention setting exercise that will help you become clear about what you are ready to release and what is ready for you call in;
* Be guided through a full moon meditation that lasts between 20-30 minutes while the full moon rises in the eastern, evening sky, over the red rocks.
Together, we will enjoy the in-between day and night time as the sun sets and the full moon rises. As you come out of meditation to gaze upon the beautiful full moon, you will enjoy some gentle musical sounds to help you integrate the meditation.
The time of this experience will be at sunset which changes throughout the year.
