Itinerary

After meeting and greeting, you’ll have a set of instructions to begin your dance. You’ll move your body to the beat of the world music while leaving your thoughts and mind activity on the side. The last ten-fifteen minutes of the class, you’ll sit in the most comfortable meditative posture and start your meditation by affirmation and visualization.

You’ll be coached on how to focus your attention and how to block your critical thinking while dancing & meditation.
