You will meet your chauffeur and vehicle at the front of the hotel. Please inform the doorman that you have a car coming to pick you up. Many times the chauffeur is unable to park his car directly in front of the hotel and may be parked along the side of the hotel’s driveway. The doorman should know which vehicle is yours because our chauffeurs announce themselves to the doormen when they first arrive. An hour prior to pickup, you’ll receive a text message with the chauffeur’s name and mobile number (if you provided with your mobile number).
