Once we receive your booking, we send you an email to confirm and review your itinerary. Then we track your incoming flight and dispatch your vehicle the night before. This ensures we beat the traffic and secures your safe, pleasant ride from the airport. When picking you up from a New York City address we send the driver 15 minutes before. When picking you up at JFK, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time and/or 60 minutes for an international flight (based on the actual arrival time). If you request inside pickup you will be charged for the parking fees and your driver will be inside with a name sign. Or, you can meet your driver by the curbside for express pickup. Your name sign will be on the welcome card hanging on the car window.
