Pass By: Newport, Newport, Rhode Island
Cruise into Newport Harbor and Experience one of New England’s Most Prestigious Yachting Communities. Then onto the many sights along beautiful Narragansett Bay. You will see many small islands and learn about the rich heritage of the Native American Tribes and their friendly relationship with many of the early settlers from Europe during the 1600s. Also pass by the lavish mansions along the East Passage overlooking Block Island Sound and Point Judith. View picturesque Jamestown as we head north along the West Passage onto Prudence & Patience Islands. A history lesson you are sure to enjoy as you inhale the clean salty air. Capt. Jack is a native-born Rhode Islander and will add his personal knowledge and perspective as a young boy spending summers calming and fishing on these waters during the 1950s and 1960s aboard his little skiff named “Mom’s Worry”.
