Joe Nashville (Native Tennessean) will lead you on a 30–45 minute stroll that includes history, landmarks, murals, and an overview of Nashville today. After the tour, Joe will be available for 15 to 30 minutes to answer questions about things to do in Nashville and provide guidance on what may interest you in entertainment, food, and fun. He’ll help plan things to do based on his experience and your tastes.

This diverse tour will quickly cover the high points of history made on these streets to include: the civil rights movement, Nashville’s roll in women’s suffrage, the civil war, the seedy/colorful side of Nashville, and more. The tour will include a couple of murals and Joe will point out his favorite bars and restaurants to the group.

Stop At: Printer’s Alley, Between 3rd Ave N & 4th Ave N An alley from Union St to Commerce St, Nashville, TN 37201

See the famous street grace by legends: Elvis, Paul McCartney, Frank Sinatra, Willie Nelson, to name a few. Catch country, Jazz, and Blues music on this eclectic streeet. Former home of the “Gentleman’s District” and speakeasies during prohibition.

The Legislative building built in honor of WWI veterans contains an auditorium and is also used as a music venue. The Grand Ole Opry was broadcast from this site for several years. Will view but not enter the grounds

State Capitol built in the 1840s and survived the Civil War. Will view, but not enter the grounds.
