Stop At: Pike Place Market, 1st Ave & Pike St Between Pike and Pine Sts. and First Ave, Seattle, WA 98101

On this full-day Seattle premium highlights tour, you’ll explore the best that downtown Seattle and the city’s gorgeous surroundings have to offer. At each point of interest, we won’t just drive by the sites—you’ll have opportunities to explore each of them on foot. Your tour will begin when your guide picks you up curbside once you disembark from the cruise ship or at your Seattle hotel. Our first stop will be at the world famous Pike Place Market, just a short drive from the cruise terminal. Upon arrival, your guide will point out the key attractions at the Market and give you tips on where you can find local specialty foods, handmade mementos from the Pacific Northwest, and local arts and crafts. You’ll have about 30 minutes to explore Pike Place Market on foot before we continue on to our next stop, the Seattle’s iconic Space Needle.

Upon arriving at the Space Needle, you’ll be free to explore the Seattle Center, the 74-acre hub of Seattle’s arts, tourism and entertainment. Seattle Center is not only home to the Space Needle, but also to the Chihuly Glass Museum, Pacific Science Center, Museum of Pop Culture and the Seattle Children’s Museum. You’ll have about 45 minutes to explore any of the attractions of your choosing at the Seattle Center.

We’ll spend 45 minutes at Seattle Center where you’ll have time to choose from one of the area’s many attractions including the Chihuly Glass Museum and the Space Needle.

Stop At: Gas Works Park, 3300 Meridian Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103-9150

Our last stop of the morning will be to award-winning Gas Works Park, on Lake Union’s North Shore. From this waterfront vantage point, your guide will share the park’s unique history with you as you watch boats ply Lake Union’s waters and see seaplanes taking off and landing. From this spot, you’ll also be able to glimpse Seattle’s famous houseboat communities, including the now famous houseboat that appeared in Sleepless in Seattle! We’ll spend approximately 30 minutes exploring Gas Works Park.

If you don’t get time to get up to the Space Needle’s Observation Deck, don’t worry! Our next stop will be a gorgeous park atop Queen Anne Hill that will give you a fabulous panoramic view of all of downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay, and on clear day’s you’ll easily see snow-capped Mt. Rainier as city’s backdrop. We’ll spend about 10 minutes at this spot to give you a chance to soak in the views and get amazing photos of the city.

Stop At: Woodinville, Woodinville, Washington

Next, we’ll head north along a charming country road through a mix of farms and forests. The road follows the meandering Snoqualmie River that we’ll pass over from time to time on old steel bridges. Our next and final stop is Woodinville, the scenic home to the greatest concentration of wineries in Washington state. We’ll stop into one of the area’s top wineries where adults 21 and older will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting flight and have a chance to chat with local vintners or explore the winery’s grounds on foot. After the soaking up wine aromas and amidst lush surroundings, we’ll head back to Seattle. Guests departing on same-day flights from Sea-Tac Airport will be dropped off curbside at their preferred airline. Guests staying overnight in Seattle will be dropped off at their hotel.

Stop At: Snoqualmie Falls, 6501 Railroad Ave SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065-9687

After strolling Lake Union’s North Shore, we’ll get aboard the vehicle and head east outside of Seattle, deep into the Cascade foothills. Our first stop will be in historic downtown Snoqualmie, a charming mid-19th century town perched on the bank of the Snoqualmie River. Here, you’ll have an hour to have lunch in one of the town’s many quaint eateries. While exploring the town, stop by the Northwest Railway Museum for a glimpse into the town’s development around the railroad in the 1880s. After lunch, we’ll take a short trip north to marvel at gorgeous 268-foot high Snoqualmie Falls as it makes a thunderous plunge into the river below. You’ll have about 30 minutes to admire the Falls and there are plenty of photo opportunities from the various observation platforms.
