Then we ride on Cyclo to go from south bank of Perfume river to other side. It will be a good time to capture the flow of life on street before having special dish with a lady who made her food well-known to people in the area.
Cyclo is going on taking us to another family who lives inside the wall of Citadel. They are the 3rd generation people who keep making their family food alive.
Before the tour finished, we will taste the salt coffee in a hidden alley after 15 mins walking from the previous spot.
