4:30-5:00 PM: Our tour guide will come and pick you up at the hotel, then we integrate at the meeting point at Dacotours’ office

5:00-5:45 PM: The whole group begins our journey with going along My Khe Beach Costal Road. We will take a ride through the streets crossing Da Nang Bridge of Love, then cross the beautiful Dragon Bridge to come to our appetizer: Beo – Nam – Loc. This little place has a long history and very famous for Da Nang local people. Not only do you enjoy the lovely dishes – full of cakes with the unique taste (little sweet – little salty – rich of flavor) but also you may can see how Da Nang people make it if you have a chance.
6:30-7:15 PM: For the next stop, we conitnue to our main dish of the day – Sizzling Cake and Preserved Sausage. For those who love Da Nang cuisine, these are must – try dishes to eat. With the crunchy texture of the sizzling cake, the rich flavor of preserved sausage, along side with special sauce – made from pork liver and peanuts, one word only – Amazing. Take your challenge with Vietnamese traditional wrap & roll eating habit. You will also see lively the way people make sizzling cakes in a very cosy but aslo rushing atmosphere.

8:00-8:30 PM: Let’s relax a little bit with a small ride to the Catheral Church – the oldest church in Da Nang, listen to the interesting stories, know more about the ups and downs of Da Nang – the most worth living city in Vietnam. And then, go to the dessert of the day with “Gruel”. You can find Gruel everywhere in Vietnam but every city has their own taste. Let’s see how different Da Nang people make this delicious dish from other region of Vietnam.
