With our new and unique workshop, you will have an opportunity to experience and learn how to make Hanoi Egg Coffee. The workshop will walk you through the process of preparation, common mistakes, causes and precautions in order to achieve a delicious cup of coffee.
– Part 1: Introducing history of egg coffee (10 minutes).
– Part 2: Introducing equipment, materials and demonstrate how to make egg coffee (10 minutes)
– Part 3: Making Egg Coffee – Participants make their own egg coffee under the guide of instructor (20-30 minutes).
